Pre-Press / Graphics Department

We utilize both PC and Macintosh platforms. We can accept your electronic files in their native format. We can accommodate most mainstream design program files as well as PDF format. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to call or email us.
You can send us your files the traditional way; on floppy or CD, or email us with an attachment or utilize our FTP site.

Our proofing equipment includes:

  •    Xerox 7760GX (Pantone Certified)
  •    Xerox 7000 Hi Cap ( Pantone Certified)
  •    Xerox 8000 AP Hi Cap ( Pantone Certified )

For Pre-press and Plate assembly we use:

  •    Ultre 5800 Heidelberg Image Setter with UltreRIP Raster Image Processing
  •    Dupont Compact 72 Film Processor/ Developer  
  •    NuArc FT40up Ultra Plus Platemaker (film to plate etching)
  •    Mitsubishi Subtractive Plate Processor (plate developing)

Demand Digtal Production:

  •     Xerox Nuvera 120B&W , 2400 dpi , online fold/bookmaking - And variable insertion
  •     Xerox  7000  Hi-Cap  (4200 per hour)   3750 dpi
  •     Xerox 8000AP Hi-Cap ( 4800 per hour ) 3750 dpi

Traditional “Offset” Printing:

  •    Meihle 229 Series Parva Offset Press - Max size paper stock 25 3/16 x 34 1/4 inches  
  •    Meihle 128 - Max paper stock 23 x 29 inches
  •    Heidelberg QM-46 2- color 13x18 inches
